“A long time ago I worked for the Council, then Forestry at Pickaramore for four years, and then Silvatec. After this I started carving with Ironwood. I watched my Aunt Rachel carve and she showed me how to carve and paint. I also learnt from the famous Tiwi carver, Declan Apuatimi.”
